| Specialised Manufacturing Processes
A.F. Gason utilises internal and external specialised manufacturing plants and processes to create, process and complete every product. Time and effort are dedicated in determining the most efficient method in creating new products. Some of these are as follows:
Solid Works 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD)
3D CAD provides the creation of exact data drawings. Individual components are then produced with minimum effort and the confidence of precision fastenings for final assembly.
3D CAD also allows the function of integrated moving components to be determined prior to manufacture.
Laser Cutting
Laser cutting provides a level of accuracy in cutting steel components only dreamed of a few years ago.
All machines up to 3 metres wide are laser cut.
Plasma Cutting
Plasma cutting establishes correct position of all data components in machines over 3 metres wide which are then complimented with laser cut components.
Fully Computer Programmed Press Brakes
This process determines the shape of the finished Hi-Tub mower body. It is perfectly shaped with no stress, no operator error.
CNC Machining
This process enables the correct alignment of drive line with all components tested and retested to ensure integrity.
This use of technology reduces the need for hand creating items. Rest assured, however, that at A.F. Gason only dedicated and qualified engineers are engaged to produce work ascribed stringent quality standards.
